KOLIDO

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work. I pay our respects to Elders past and present. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

I’m a Melbourne/Naarm-based writer, creative and perfumer. My background in brand strategy and behaviour change shaped my love for insight-led storytelling, but over the past three years, I’ve developed my artistic practice through smell. Across my work, I’m interested in using scent as a tool for curiosity and connection.

Nose is a print magazine dedicated to exploring our sense of smell. This first edition of Nose invites readers to tune in — to smell more intentionally, more thoughtfully. It’s a gentle immersion into the vast world of scent: how it lingers in science and language, in memory, culture, and everyday life. Through essays, interviews, and visual work, we explore the overlooked sense of smell, hoping to spark curiosity and deepen your awareness.
